  • Enquiries: anything you send us through the contact form.
  • Payment information: card and UPI payments are processed securely by our payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers.

How we use it

  • To confirm and manage your bookings, tickets, and orders.
  • To send booking confirmations and tickets by email.
  • To respond to your enquiries.
  • To improve our cafe, events, and services.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the site: Supabase (database & storage), Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Your data is shared with them only as needed to provide these services, and each maintains its own security practices.

Data retention & your rights

We keep booking and order records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing sochetlatte@gmail.com.
